Narender Anand fondly known as Naren among his group is a Founder of TheGenZRecruiter.com, has over 30 years of experience in the field of business management and consulting. He has consistently partnered with Senior Leadership and Boards in building high-performing leadership teams, resulting in better company performance.
He has worked with MNCs as well as diverse large Indian organizations and has managed start-ups, scale & complexity.
Naren has worked extensively in Financial Services, FMCG & Real Estate Sectors. Prior to venturing into Executive Search Consulting, Naren was the Senior Vice President & Business Head with Bajaj Capital, a leading financial products distribution company with over 6,000 people, headquartered in Gurgaon.
Some of his other critical roles includes the Agency Recruitment & Training for PAN INDIA Agency at ICICI Lombard HO at Mumbai, Managed Cross Sell at leading NBFC listed in BSE, UGRO Capital & various Sales positions In Nestle India.
Naren has travelled across the globe and has wide exposure to international best business practices, having worked with some of the best business professionals.
Naren is an MBA & Fellow in Insurance from I.I.I., having being graduated from Delhi University in Physics Honours.
